How to choose your bracelet size and necklace length

A well-fitting piece of jewelry is a pleasure to wear; a bracelet that is too tight or a necklace that falls in the wrong place ends up in a drawer. Good news: choosing the right size is easy, as long as you know what to measure. Here is our method, and the sizes of our pieces.
Measuring your wrist
Take a soft tape measure, or a piece of string and a ruler. Wrap it around your wrist just above the bone, where you wear a watch, without pulling tight. Note the measurement.
Then add 1 to 2 cm depending on the fit you like: 1 cm for a close fit, 2 cm for a bracelet that moves a little. For example, for a 16 cm wrist, a 17 to 18 cm bracelet is ideal.
Our bracelet sizes
Most of our bracelets are adjustable, thanks to an adjustable clasp or an extension chain, like the Dolce bracelet, the Azur bracelet or the Améthystia bracelet. They fit most wrists.
Other designs have a fixed length of 18 cm, like the Style Rolex bracelet or the Nala bracelet: they suit a 16 to 17 cm wrist. The length is always given on the product page.
Choosing your necklace length
A necklace's length determines where it falls. The most common references: at 40 cm, it rests at the base of the neck, at collarbone level. At 45 cm, it falls just below the collarbones, the most versatile length. At 50 cm and more, it sits on the upper chest, ideal over a turtleneck or a higher neckline.
To find what suits you, place a string around your neck at the desired height, then measure it. Think about necklines too: a short necklace flatters a V-neck or round neckline, a longer one pairs well with a sweater.
Our necklace lengths
Most of our necklaces measure 40 cm with a 5 cm extension chain, so you can wear them between 40 and 45 cm, from the base of the neck to just below the collarbones. This is the case for the Bali necklace, the Daphné necklace and the Élégance de Paris necklace. Some designs, like the IBIZA necklace, measure 43 cm with the same extension.
